アカウント削除
このページからLangReelアカウントと関連データの削除を依頼できます。
アプリを利用できる場合
LangReelの「プロフィール」から「アカウントを削除」を選択してください。確認後、アカウントとLangReelが管理する関連クラウドデータが削除されます。
アプリを利用できない場合
本人確認のため、LangReelに登録したメールアドレスから削除依頼を送信してください。
通常、本人確認後30日以内に対応します。確認に必要な場合、追加情報をお願いすることがあります。
削除されるデータ
- LangReelの認証アカウント
- メールアドレス、表示名、ユーザー識別子など、LangReelが管理するアカウント情報
- アカウントに関連付けられたLangReelのクラウドデータ
端末内データと保持される情報
端末内の学習履歴、保存フレーズ、設定は、アプリ内でリセットするかアプリを削除してください。法律、会計、不正防止、セキュリティ上必要な最小限の記録や、Apple、Google、RevenueCatが管理する購入記録は、それぞれの保持方針に従って残る場合があります。
サブスクリプション
LangReelアカウントを削除しても、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプションは自動的に解約されません。購入したストアのサブスクリプション管理画面から別途解約してください。
Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your LangReel account and associated data.
If you can access the app
Open Profile in LangReel and choose Delete Account. After confirmation, your account and associated cloud data controlled by LangReel will be deleted.
If you cannot access the app
For identity verification, send the request from the email address registered with LangReel.
We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information when necessary to verify the account.
Data that will be deleted
- Your LangReel authentication account
- Account information controlled by LangReel, such as email address, display name, and user identifier
- LangReel cloud data associated with the account
On-device data and retained information
Reset the app or uninstall it to remove learning history, saved phrases, and settings stored on your device. Minimal records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, and purchase records managed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat, may remain according to their respective retention policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your LangReel account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it.
